idk i'm jsut like
i have been so bad lately like my mental health has been??horrible like
i have trouble talking to people online specifically. is that a weird problem like
i haven't logged into skype for two weeks because i'm anxious and i dont' want to talk to people onlin e it makes my heart start racing in a bad way
but then it pisses people off because i'm an asshole and i'm basically pushing everyone away which i don't want to do and also want to do at the same time
i have never been the type to isolate myself before but in the past month or so it has gotten so so bad
i feel horrible all the time and my mom has not

today i went to the doctor for my heart palpitations and got some meds but they're not working and i have slept like an hour and a half for the past two nights and my whole body is aching and exhausted but my heart feels like its about to burst out of my chest its beating so fast
i'm so frustrated. i don't want to miss more school but at this point it doesn't look like im' getting much sleep tonight either
